~4-21-05~ Fingers crossed

our realtor called today to say that he spoke with the other's realtor and she said she could probably get them to accept an offer of $180,000. well that is COOL with me cause i wasn't going to go over that. i did ask him to see if they would pay the closing costs, about $3000. i don't know if they will go for that or not.


so now i really, REALLY have to get our butts moving on doing shit around here so we can have an open house and show the property. i told bob to get a friend to help him move EVERYTHING that can be moved to the storage unit this weeknd. but of course he is making up excuses for his friends. i don't know if he is or not, but he is the type of guy who doesn't ask his friends for help even though he would and does help them at the drop of a hat. oh well.............

i really hope in a week or 2 everything will be done. we did some landscaping in the front and MY GOD, it looks so nice!!! why the hell haven't we done that in the 6 years we have been here?!?!?!

so fingers crossed that everything works out and this is all meant to be!


well i need to get to be NOW, my son has been getting up at 7:30 AM latley and i am about to die!!!!!
