i actually got a flame. or whatever you call it, a BAD comment to my wonderful blog.

how funny is that!!! at first i was a bit upset, especially since he sort of questioned my parenting ability. then i just thought it was funny. what the hell did i write that makes me a "slutty" influence on my child?!?!

i don't really write about anything that has to do with anything. how the hell did he even end up here?! and why would you take the time to comment?

oh well, guess that is part of the whole blog thing.

anyways, thanks for the not mean comment trish! :) guess that is what friends are for.

all the houses we look at i think are too damn expensive. but they are the only ones that have what i want. i have been thinking about the school districts, but these days, i am terrified to send my kid to any school!! i was seriously considering catholic school, or any sort of "private" school. not that those are necessarily any better, it is tough! i did want to home school, but bob isn't into that. i agree with him, just due to the fact of social interaction.

the house that is in navarre/perry, i don't know if i mentioned it, but there is a grade school RIGHT across the street. i would love that! i could basically look out the window and know where my little guy is.

i am still sort of torn between the 2. i will list the pro's and con's. may be boring for you all, but it will help me (hopefully).

Navarre-pros

HUGE-almost 3200 square feet.
HUGE lot-almost 5 acres
sort of in the country
NO CITY LIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!
LOVE the kitchen
bedrooms are nice size and there are 4
nice set up to the lower level, good for bob's bar/sports area
nice laundry area
QUIET and peaceful surroundings!!
i can have a bon fire in my back yard
i can have a pool installed, inground or above ground
the lot is mostly fenced
clay con RUN around to his heart's content (and to mine if it tires him out! :))
no real close neighbors (homes are nicely spaced)
perry schools are ok
VERY close to my mom, 9 minutes (this should be higher on my list)
not a high traffic area
newer roof
close to walmart
has a master bath
has double closets in the master bedroom
they will accept a contingency offer

Navarre-cons

TAXES
needs a deck and some privacy fencing ($$)
no fireplace
no central air (but can be easily installed)
...there has to be more, i can't think of any right now


North Canton-pros

cheaper than navarre
cheaper taxes
love the family room set up
like the finished downstairs
love the extra storage buildings
love the cherry kitchen
love the "in-law" sweet
ok lot, .64 acres
cenral air
north canton schools ok

North Canton-cons

only 2 bedrooms and they are SMALL
have to make the living room into the master bedroom
needs privacy fencing...A LOT
corner lot, means traffic on both sides
close to BV and all of its traffic
roof is over 10 years old
main bathroom is TINY
no dining room, just dinette
won't take a contingency
i don't see how a big screen tv will fit to take it down to the finished lower level (trust me this is an issue-bob's bar area)
over 20 minutes from mom
if i want to get to cleveland avenue i would have to turn left into traffic (BV traffic), this is a big issue with me



well from looking at the list, it looks like the choice is clear. bob's fave is also the one in navarre. it is just more people friendly. i want to start having family over for the holidays, there is an eat in kitchen and also a dining room. plus with the land, we can have people over for bon fires and such and not have to worry about neighbors or waking the kids. we can actually go outside to watch the meteor showers and SEE them! we are freaks about that stuff.

it may not matter anyways. i'm going to talk to the realtor tomorrow about putting in a contingency bid. hell they may not even accept our offer. i'm not going over $180,000. so it may not even be an issue.

he said they will take a contingency offer, but i don't know how long those are good for. i would like it for about 90 days if that is even possible. it would work out for the both of us. i don't know if i mentioned it, but those people have more shit than i do! that is saying alot!! it looks like they haven't even begun to pack!! they will definitely need time!!


i'm hoping to have our house ready to show in a couple of weeks, definitely by the end of the month. bob is doing great with some stuff outside, i am proud of him! hopfully then we can have an open house and get someone interested.


i know the one in navarre may not look like much, the picutres they put on the site SUCK! i don't know why they didn't put a picture of the kitchen!! it is wondeful, my favorite room of the whole house!!

well i will let you all know what happens.
