~7-29-05~ Mommy claws!!!

my mommy claws came out for the first time tonight, and i almost smacked the shit out of a little girl. yes, i know that is wrong, but here is my story.......


so we are at the balloon thing tonight. everyone is having a good time, enjoying the balloons. i hear this little girl beside us saying something over and over, but i am not paying attention to her. finally i think i hear her, so i ask bob what that girl said, and he said exactly what i thought, "DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND STOP!!" ALL SHITTY!!!!! SHE WAS TALKING TO MY SON!!!!!! CAUSE, HEAVEN FORBID, HE WAS TOUCHING HER BLANKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i sort of tried to ignore it and told clay to stop, but it was just fucking ridiculous! so then she was all "stop touching it, stop touching it, stop touching it....." i about lost my shit, but i was calm and i said, "he is 2 sweety, he doesn't understand!"

then about 5 seconds later the little snot said, "he understands!!" i damn near lost my shit again! so i told clay that "girls are bitches and he will have to get used to that!!!" YES, I KNOW THAT REALLY WAS NOT APPROPRIATE ON MY PART! but it was alot more appropriate than smaking the shit out of her!!!!!!

so then after that, i haven't told anyone this, not even bob and he was right there with me.........but then i about broke down and cried!

HOW DARE SOMEONE BE MEAN TO MY CHILD!!!!!!!!! then of course i had to flash forward years, thinking about other kids being mean to him. and it just broke my heart! i don't want anyone to ever be mean to him or hurt his feelings. and YES, i know it is a part of life! it happens to everyone! BUT HE IS MY SON!!!!!!

so i sort of just had to redirect my attention back to the balloons! bob made a remark too about the girl, but i reminded us BOTH, that she too was a little kid and "you know how little kids are", but really she had to be at least 8! so come on....and what the fuck were her parents doing?!?!?! you think they would have at least heard or SEEN me commenting to her! don't you think they would have wondered what was going on?!?!?

so anyways......bob and i had our first experience with parental "protection". lord help me! i don't know if i am ready for all of this stuff!!!!!
