~7-16-05~ Sweatin again!

lord am i hot! not mad this time.

i'm bustin butt to get this house clean for the open house at 1. it really isn't bad, and when mom came and got clay i actuallly thought about going back and laying down for a bit. but no, i was good, i have been cleaning. i even packed some more stuff up.

it is amazing how nasty stuffed animals get from sitting for 3 years!!!! they were bad!!!!!!!! i mean pink pigs were no longer pink, some were black! how gross is that!!!!!!! and you know i can't part with my pigs, so i may try and throw them in the wash. spot cleaning just won't get it. if they survive, then i'll keep em, if not, then maybe i'll just stuff them in a box! i have memories there people, i can't throw them away!!!!! you know how i am!!!!

so on a good note, clay didn't get up this morning til after 7:30, don't know the exact time, bob's friend called here on accident at 7 fucking 30 and woke me up, clay was up not long after.

i don't know what the trick was?! he did nap yesterday, longer than i had planned. bob got him up when he got home after 4, he had been sleeping since a bit before 2! it did take sort of a time to get him to stay in bed, but he was asleep before 10. i don't know if the nap had something to do with it. i also put pants on him last night too. he always kicks his covers off, so i thought maybe he gets cold in the morning and it wakes him up. i just don't know, but i would like to repeat it today, but since my open house is 1-3 there is no way he will be getting a nap! damn it! i wish he would just sleep at my mom's. i feel bad for her cause she isn't feeling well, and now she gets to deal with him all day! he is a handful! but i know she doesn't mind too much. she hasn't seen him all week and i know she misses him. especially since bob is on straight days now she doesn't come over as much. she feels like she is intruding. i tell her that is not the case, but she still feels odd. when bob was on swing shift she would come over everyday that he was on afternoons. so we miss seeing her too. she does come over at least once a week, then usually gets clay on the weekend sometime, but since she was sick this week we didn't see her.

oh well, guess i am stalling. now that i am done with the upstairs i have to go do the down. that is the hardest, cause my kitchen just doesn't stay clean for anything!!!! fun, fun!!!!!!!!


hopefully THIS is the day, someon will come and fall in love with my house and want to make an offer!!!!!!! god i hope!!!!!!!!!!! fingers crossed and prayers said!!!
