~11-30-04~ Computers!!!

well, sorry that i again haven't been posting. my computer (laptop) had been goofy the past few days, then that little thing that pops up at the bottom saying you have window updates kept flashing at me. i had been ignoring it forever. well one of the errors said that the service pack 2 should resolve the issues.......well i did the update thing and now i cannot get on my laptop!!!!!!!!!

it will boot up, then a blue error screen flashes for a milisecond then it shuts down, then reboots, over and over and over........and i can't even read the error screen to see what the problem is!!! i put in the disc that came with the computer, thinking it is a restore, well i can't even get that to run. i then put in the windows xp disc i got with my gateway and attempted a fix, and it keeps asking for a damn administrative password. well what the hell is that?!?! i tried using the administrative password that i have on the computer but it doesn't work!!!

FUCKER!!!! so i called best buy today to see how much they charge to look at it and see what the problem is. $60 fucking bucks!!!!!! tomorrow i am going to look in the yellow pages and see what i can find out. then only bad thing about that is i did that once before and got some guy who didn't know what he was doing....and even though he was the cheapest i could find at the time, $45 and hour, it took him over 4 hours to fix the damn problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

so that is about it. i do have a lot to say about my shows and all, but i can't stand sitting in this chair at my desk computer. GOD i miss my laptop!!!!!!!!! and if you actually think i have been getting to sleep earlier since i don't have my bedmate (laptop) keeping me up........ WRONG!!! now i am catching up reading my magazines that have been neglected lately. sigh!!!!
