~5-21-04~ Just give me central air damn it!

here are my numbers so far:

1.) 92% efficiency heater, 90,000 btu's--3ton a/c $3050

2.) 92% efficiency heater, ??btu's--36000 btu a/c $3695

3.) 80% efficiency heater, 80,000+ btu's, 2+ ton a/c $3790

4.) 80% efficiency heater, 110,000 btu's, 30,000 btu a/c $3950

5.) ?? efficiency heater, 80,000 btu's, 3 ton a/c $3789-$4489 (w/ duct work)

6.) 92% efficiency heater, 80,000 btu's, 3 ton a/c $5085-$6300 (w/duct work)

7.) don't know yet.....i'm supposed to get a credit from the owner, so the guy said he would send it after the owner goes over it!!!!!!!! AGH!!!!

2 of the above come with an air cleaner, the last guy asked if i wanted one and said it would be an extra $200-250. there is only 2 who mentioned duct work, the others when i inqured, they said i didn't need it.

so does this make sense to anyone????? i am at a loss. how is the first guy the cheapest, by at least $700?!?!?!? i want to go with the cheapest, of course, but then on the other hand, i am worried, because WHY is he cheaper??

i just hate decisions like this, especially since i have no clue about any of this. if any of you have any comments or suggestios or anything that could help out my decision, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
