What the hell?!?!

now i am totally confused with these estimates i am getting from the air conditioning people!!

i don't know all of what i have told you so far, but here is a brief recap.

1st guy, $3000. next guy, $3700, next $3900, next $3600, today $3700 ($4400 with duct work).

now, i don't know anything about this shit. aside from the price, it seems like the first guy has better products. but the others had all this other stuff written on their invoice like chimney liners, and sheet metal blah, blah, removal of incinerator......so i don't know if this guy doesn't include that or if it is just all common, so he didn't make special notice of it?!?!?!? i know, call him and ask you say. well, i did, but i was too busy outside getting a sun burn so i missed his call. plus i still have 2 more people coming out to give me yet more estimates, i went a bit crazy. summer will be over by the time i finally pick someone and get it done.

my whole thing was that i didn't want to go over $3000. it is all just craziness!! what the hell did people do before air conditioning?!?!?! i know, i know.....they sweat! (sweatted, swat!) :)
