well, i guess idid jinx myself by talking about the whole house deal.

those people didn't even counter our counter, they walked away........WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!

i think bob and i were right about "raising" the price. i didn't like the way it looked, and i think it may have scared them. even though they had their realtor to explain it...........

so i figured out my own offer and had our realtor submit that to see if they would go for that. sucks going lower, but that is about as low as i could go, 86,700 with their 3200 closing costs.

still no word, so it doesn't look too good.

it just pisses me off that they seemed so eager and wanted it so badly! hell their realtor told us so much twice!!!! even the night of the offer bob talked to him and they guy said, "remember, this is just a starting point".......so what would you assume from that?!?!?!

well.......guess it wasn't meant to be!!

and no, that doesn't mean i have decided to do the vacation thing. i think i will do the wise thing and use the money to pay off (down) some credit cards. it is no fun being responsible!!!! :(

well, since it looks like i am staying here, i am off to go plant some flowers!
