~4-27-06~ JINX!

so i was sitting here all last night and today checking out vacations!

i figured that since we weren't going to sell the house maybe we could splurge and go on vacation again...especially since the one last year went so well!

i have been checking out all inclusive stuff. lord i can see myself on the beach already!!!!!!!!!

someone called and wanted to show the house today, but i was like screw that. our contract is up saturday and bob already basically told the realtor lady to go take a hike. so i had bob call and cancel.

well at almost 5pm bob calls me downstairs to tell me the people are here!!!!!!!!!!!

that they really, really love the house and are 95% sure they want it.

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

so i then have to bust my ass running around the house to pick up the mess!!!! another good thing about taking the hosue off, that i mentioned the other day, no more having to clean like a freak!

so they did me a "favor" by coming back in 20 minutes. i did the best i could and felt like an idiot!!

so our realtor called tonight at almost 10, and said they want to come back tomorrow with their parents!!!!!!! so i am assuming they really like it.

can you hear the UN-enthusiasim in my typing?!

it would be totally different if that house that we wanted was still available....or any of the few favorites we did have were still up, but they are long gone and there is only one real one out there that i sort of like, but definitely have to see in person. it still isn't like as soon as i saw it i had to have it, like the others.

so instead of the gorgeous topical islands that i have been looking at, i had to go back to looking at damn houses!!!!

it sucks!!! i am probably jinxing it all by talking about it anyways......and like i said a million times........if it is meant to be it will be.......

just pisses me off we just spent all that money on that pond, and like $200 on flowers to plant.......i wonder if i could cancel.....hhhmmmmmmmmmmmm

i'll let you know more when i hear.........
