the verdict is.....................


we got an offer on the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


not what we are asking, of course, who does that first off?!

their offer is for $83,200. with $3200 closing. which would leave us with $80,000.

of course we can't do that!

so we countered with $90,900 and their asking for $3200 for closing, which brings us to, $87,700.

we can live with that. not that we are going to have much left after down payment....which also brings me to.......WE HAVE ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO FIND A HOUSE AND GET A CONTRACT!!!!

we didn't get a contingency on it, so if everyone accepts, then we have to go, or we will have to move out and rent or something...

just wanted to let you all in on the news, i have to go find houses, and it is already after 2am!!!

on a side note.....we will probably find out what is going on saturday. funny thing is, i could get some AWESOME news on the worst day of my life! the 29th is the 10th anniversary of my father's death. god 10 years! that is so unthinkable!

anyways, it could turn the worst day of my life to one of the happiest....how fitting would that be, and i would like to think that my father had everything to do with it. proves he is still up there looking out for me.
