~6-10-05~ Some news

well, i got some calls today about showing the house. first one was set up for 11:00am, then it got cancelled. then another person called and wants to see it at 1:30. so that is good. not that i have to clean by myself, but good that people want to see the house.


also, we went to the loan guy tonight. i was originally going to go with a stated income loan, by myself and was quoted an interest rate of 7 1/8%. which sucked, but what are ya gonna do. so now this new guy ran bob's credit. there are a few if's on there but he says we should be able to go FHA and we can get an interest rate of 6%. that is VERY cool!!!!! it sucks though cause we will have to pay PMI, so really even with the difference in the interest i will be only saving $60 a month. which is better than nothing. and i guess the PMI you only pay for so long, not ever. so that was a bit of good news.


i remembered the show i watched that i was trying to tell you all about. it was hit me baby one more time. it is ok. just makes me feel bad for these people who aren't really "somebody" anymore. just an observation....notice that now that these people are raking in the money, they are quite heavy! anyways the first episode, i wanted tiffany to win. i love her voice, and she looks a TON better than when she was younger. it is funny that her voice IS grown up now. she too was a bit heavy, bob things she is preggers, but i think she is really pretty. everyone did really well. even the flock of seagulls, i thought they may suck since a lot of their original was synthesized. but everyone sounded good. i didn't know that arrested development song. just like a line......figures they won! then tonight i missed half of it cause i was putting clay to bed. i wanted 867-5309 guys to win. i feel really bad that they once had the best song ever, one of the most memorable songs ever, and now the poor guy has a job fixing computers. i know he deals with the software and stuff, but still.....i just felt bad for him. and it figures that vanilla ice won. lord how i hated that song. thank goodness i missed it tonight!!! and what the hell was he sining for his second song?!?!?! granted i don't know the song survivor by DC, but i'm pretty sure that WAS NOT what he was singing. he just drives me batty!!!!


as for the other shows, there are about 3 or 4, i haven't been able to start watching them yet. bob is fighting me all the way. i just hate watching shows without him. without someone to talk about them, what is the point?! i'm sure he will give in and watch them with me. that is one of the reasons i married him! :)


people i am STILL burnt and in PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! my child keeps latching on to my shoulders at the most inappropriate times and he gets screamed at. not intentionally, but instintively, cause if fucking hurts!!!!!!!! then i apologize then try to explain to him that mommy has a sunburn and he can't touch. which OF COURSE makes him do it even more!!!!!!!!!! gotta love my kid!!!!!!!!!


well, i need to get to bed, i have a lot of cleaning to do before 1:30 tomorrow!!!
