~5-29-05~ Whew!!!

glad that is finally over with!!!!!


so we had our first showing of the house today. lord, i have busted my butt for the past 2 days!! i was going NON-STOP yesterday from 10am, til about 10pm!!! it was rough! but at least now it is done! mostly that is. the major stuff is done. so now, if these people don't make an offer, we are having an open house next sunday, so there won't be much to do for that. not like it was the past few days!!!


these people today were from maryland. so i figure it will be a few days til we hear back from them. her husband was back at home, so i'm sure she has to go back and discuss it with him first.


so ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, i just got out of a long, and MUCH NEEDED shower!! i don't think a shower has ever felt so good! i really wanted to take a bath, but i don't like washing my hair in the tub, and i didn't want to bath, then get up just to wash my hair.....whine, whine, whine!!! i am beat!! but my house looks soooooo pretty! i just went around and took some pictures of all the rooms. if we don't have any luck at least i will have some more pictures to put on my listing, even thought i've been trying that for about 2 months now and the pictures are STILL NOT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my fingers and finger nails even hurt! that is how hard i have been working! it is going to be so nice to just sit and relax tonight! and hopefully FINALLY watch the lost finale!!

now i am just going nuts wondering if they liked it or not. hell if they don't bid, it is going to drive me nuts wondering WHY NOT!!!!! i soooo wanted to set up some hidden camera's or some tape recorders, just to hear what they had to say......thinking back now, i hope noone has done that to the houses we looked at, cause some of them we had nothing but nasty things to say.
