~6-5-05~ I'm melting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it is so fucking hot i am going to die!!!!!!!!

for some unknown reason, because it is me we are talking about, my fucking air conditioner is NOT working!!!!!! i had it on since yesterday at about 3pm. today at 3 pm it was 80 degrees in my house!! WITH the air ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so i am dying here!!!! i called the guy who did the furnace/ac last year, it should still be under warranty. he best call me first thing the the morning, cause it is supposed to be in the 80's all week and i sure can't take this!!!!!


the open house today was a bust! well saturday i happened to check the realty site and i noticed that my house was NOT listed as an open house for sunday. so i called my realtor and he said he didn't know what the deal was, but we were still going to have it, plus someone wanted to look at the house that day too but at 9am. 9 AM are you nuts?!?!?!?! so we made it for 10:30. so that went ok. then come the open house.....noone showed up! well duh, it wasn't advertised!!!

so we signed more papers and put in a bid on the house i told ya'll about the other day. so the day wasn't a total loss. then while we were doing that, the lady who showed the house earlier in the day called, and the guy is interested in the house, and they are going tomorrow to see what he can get financed for. so hopefully he can get what i want for my house!!!!!!!!!! and hopefully those people accept our offer, i know they won't, isn't that how it goes?! throw some prices back and forth.....

so hopefully by the end of this week i will have 2 good pieces of new for you all!!

i am going to the bedroom now, where we have a fan in the window blowing a ton of hot air around. if i don't have a heat stroke, i'll try and write some more tomorrow!!
