well the electrician only cost $65. my grandpa and mom thought that was a lot, but i was prepared for MUCH more! so i wasn't too upset.

i think most of the food is salvagable. i am cooking some of the chicken and a roast, they were pretty much thawed.

thanks trish for the info you sent. that is basically what i read too. after i moved the top layer of stuff in the freezer all the stuff on the bottom was still frozen, and there was ice on them. i even opened one of the tv dinner things and it was still frozen. so hopefully all is well. i guess one good thing is that i shouldn't have to cook for the rest of the week! ha!! well 2 days at least.

we did not get a nap though. i am beat!! clay is still going like everything is on schedule. i'm sure in about an hour or so he will start to wind down.

i am very impressed with the work on my house. they actually started to hang the siding! i thought they were just going to hang that silver insulation stuff, but no, i actually see my yellow house coming along!!! i'm about to go send bob out to get pictures, so i can show you all the progress! i'm soooooooooo excited!!
