~8-18-04~ Well now

i posted so much yesterday, i don't have anything to talk about today!

i missed amish in the city tonight. we had some storms, and the cable decided to go out for over an hour! UGH! talk about an awful hour! my child was already being a butt for some reason, then no tv on top of that! like i always say, he is lucky he is so damn cute!!

the other day i taught him.....i'll ask him if he loves mommy and he goes "AHS" (that is how he says yes) and nods his head yes. then i ask him if he loves daddy, he goes "AHS", then i ask him if he loves grandma, once again "AHS" it is so freaking cute!!! i just love him so much!

i made a pretty good supper tonight. i was stuck on what to make so i did one of my famous concoction sessions. i had potatoes, fresh green and wax beans, and hamurger. so i sliced up the potatoes and put them at the bottom a casserole dish. then i layered some beans. i fried the hamburger and added some frozen onions and green peppers (i cut them up and freeze them til i need them). so then i mixed together some cream of celery soup and cream of mushroom soup. poured that over the top. i then went on to add way too much milk. i baked it all for about an hour. it was a bit runny due to all the milk, but it tasted great. the beans were still a little tough, so i put it back in the oven for another half hour. i didn't try it again yet. i was pretty proud. tasted damn good! :)
