well........i didn't get good news from the client who i do windows for. he finally got back to me, after about 3 voicemails i left him.

his original voicemail gave me some hope, since he called me and said let's talk about it. i knew better than to get my hopes up though.....i know how my luck is!!

he said that they did go with different cleaners. and they are pretty happy with them right now. he again brought up the whole ladder situation, but then he went on to say that they still do bring them a ladder for the real high stuff. well that is all i wanted the ladder for!!! what the hell.....and the last few houses we did, we didn't even need it. apparently it is such a big deal and so hard for them to bring a ladder out for us to do the windows. it pisses me off cause i even told him after our last situation, that we had a ladder and didn't need to bother them for one. even for the tall ones. my husband is tall enough he can reach, plus we got an extension pole. then he also brought up streaks. i also thought that problem was resolved. i told the supervisors if they gave me enough notice, that my husband could do the windows during the day and their would be no streaks, but when they wait til the last minute and bob is on days, by the time they get up to do them it is dark, and you can't see the streaks. so i really didn't say much, cause i didn't want to come off offensive, or like i was pleading, which i kind of was. i just hate talking to people, i never end up saying what i want. i may call back tonight and just tell him that stuff. just so he can keep us in mind for the future, which he already said he would.

it is a mother and daughter that are doing it now. hopefully it gets real hot this summer and they end up quitting. or get tired of dealing with all the crap.....fingers crossed! it would be nice to get that money back!! the only plus is now i don't have to deal with everyone. that is about the only down side of working for yourself.

they say things happen for a reason, so i guess i will wait and see what the reason is.
