this is also interesting. it is a listing of minimum wage rates for the US. i didn't know that there is a federal rate and a state rate, and some states don't even have a minimum wage.

just a few notable ones are ohio is about $4.25, it seems that the average or federal rate is $5.15. Kansas is only $2.65, which i don't understand why you could be under the federal rate?! just glad i don't live there....i will have to check out the cost of living in those states. in california it is $6.75, in san franscico it is $8.50!!!!! there aren't too many jobs here in canton that pay that, ever!!!!!!!
