ok?! i can't fall asleep when i try at night, but i sure enough fell asleep during my shows last night!!!!! i hate when i do that!!!

i watched american idol, which upset me, but then fell asleep during, like the first 5 min, of extreme makeover. slept all through kingdom hospital. now i already have no clue what is going on in that show, then to now miss a whole episode!! AGH!!
