this link is sort of cool. it lets you compare cities for cost of living.

for example, bobs income of $70,000 a year here in canton, if we were to move to L.A. he would have to make almost $109,000. that is just nuts!! i was looking for a general site for comparing cost of living, but all i could find they want you to pay for. so this one you just enter, starting state/city and moving state/city........guess i won't be moving to L.A.! haha!!!!!
